CONSTRUCTION
This high quality amplifier was designed to replace the output stages in car radios. This does not,
however, limit the uses of this kit to that application.
The TDA2003 is used in a very straightforward audio amplifier configuration. A few precautions must
be taken when using the kit.
Firstly, because of the high input impedance, screened input cables must be used to avoid noise
pickup. Keep these leads as short as possible.
Secondly, due to the compact PCB size, onboard space for decoupling capacitors is limited. If the amplifier should go into oscillation, place a +- 1000uF electrolytic capacitor across the supply voltage to eliminate this.
