Technical queries that relate specifically to one of our products can be directed to our Technical Department, whilst general queries should be directed to the dedicated 'enquiries' address, as below. If you have a query relating to the balance on your account, please direct it to our accounts personnel at the address shown. Please do not send bank notes or coins by post. We recommend that you register any mail that contains Postal Orders. Preferably, you should deposit the monies into our account and enclose a copy of the bank transfer slip with your order. (See 'How to Order' goods, for more details)

Mondays to Fridays (8.30am to 5.00pm) and Saturdays (8.00am to 1.00pm). We are closed Sundays and on public holidays. Our staff speak both English and Afrikaans.
