Stereo RIAA Correction (KIT44S)

I bought this kit because I thought it would be simpler to build an already designed kit rather than design one from scratch.

Unfortunately it did not work like that, the kit does not and never will work with the PCB as it is supplied.

I traced out the circuit and found that the negative supply to the IC pin 1 was missing.

It is easy and simple to correct the mistake, a piece of track is missing.

Just solder a straight piece of wire joining the track that goes to pin 4 of the IC to the negative track of the supply.

Simply add a piece of wire from the junction of R3 and R2 to the negative rail.

Once modified, the circuit works very well and has plenty of gain.

I suggest that a dual 47k log pot is connected to the output to control the output.

NOTE FROM YEBO ELECTRONICS. We acknowledge that the first batch of pcbs had the missing track. A note was included in the kit to indicate the need to add a link to correct this problem. New supplies of the pcb have this error corrected.
